Barre is a dynamic full-body workout that combines elements of Pilates, ballet, and dance, designed to sculpt, lengthen, and tone your muscles while improving balance, flexibility, and endurance.

In our Barre classes, you can expect a mix of choreographed sequences at the barre combined with Pilates exercises on the mat. We incorporate props such as light weights, sliders, and resistance tubes to optimize and intensify your workout.

The class is suitable for all fitness levels as progressions, regressions, and modifications are provided to accommodate individual abilities. Expect to feel the burn, build a sweat, and leave with a deeper sense of body awareness and confidence.
